Getting Started

How do I start tracking my bets?

There are two ways to track bets with LockTracker:
  • Chrome Extension (Recommended): Install our extension and visit your sportsbook's bet history. Click the LockTracker button to automatically import all your bets.
  • Manual Entry: Use the "Log New Bet" form on your dashboard to manually add bets one at a time.

Which sportsbooks are supported?

Currently, our Chrome extension supports automatic syncing from:
  • PrizePicks - Fully supported
  • FanDuel - Coming soon
  • DraftKings - Coming soon
You can manually log bets from any sportsbook using the dashboard form.

How do I install the Chrome extension?

The Chrome extension is currently pending review on the Chrome Web Store. Once approved, you'll be able to install it with one click. We'll update this page and notify users when it's available.

Account & Billing

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes:
  • 15 bet syncs per month
  • Full dashboard with stats and analytics
  • Manual bet entry (unlimited)
  • CSV export of your data

What do I get with Pro?

Pro ($9/month) includes everything in Free, plus:
  • Unlimited bet syncs
  • Auto-sync when you visit your sportsbook
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Click "Manage" under Subscription to access the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel or update your payment method. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings and scroll to the "Danger Zone" section. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including bets, stats, and subscription. This action cannot be undone.

Data & Privacy

Is my data private?

Yes. Your betting data is completely private and only visible to you. We never share, sell, or analyze your data for any purpose other than providing the service. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and click "Export" to download all your bets as a CSV file. You can also import bets from a CSV file if you're coming from another tracking system.

Troubleshooting

My bets aren't syncing

If bets aren't syncing properly:
  • Make sure you're logged into LockTracker in the same browser
  • Check that you're on the bet history page of your sportsbook
  • Try refreshing the page and clicking sync again
  • Check if you've hit your monthly sync limit (free plan: 15/month)

I found a duplicate bet

We try to detect and prevent duplicate bets during sync, but occasionally duplicates may occur. You can delete any duplicate by clicking the "X" button on the bet card in your dashboard, or click "Edit" to modify the bet details.
